Quickstart 3 Problem with T3 Layout

hy,

I just downloaded and installed Nebula Quickstart Joomla 3.
Everything looked fine except T3 Layout.
There are no Module Positions to configure. Whats wrong?

Joomla 3.1.5
Nebula 1.4.0
T3 1.4.1

ah something has gone wrong there

If you reinstall the plugin does that work?

no, it doesn´t work :(
I tried 1.4.2 as well but nothing happened....

uninstalled Nebula Theme, downloaded Nebula again and reinstalled it, but still the same problem....

Can you open a ticket for the site

We will need ftp and joomla access

It is a bit strange so can you also include cpanel access
