Cannot see mobile menu

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi
I suspect I need to replicate the menu and add a mobile class, but for some reason I cannot get to the Joomla Bamboo documentation panels to find out what the options are.
SO: at present my mobile menu (local development machine) is showing only as a transparent block at mobile and tablet sizes.
How do I get it to show an icon or the word 'Menu' please? I have the template set to megamenu.
I did try to upload it to Linux so that you can help post-3.2 joomla upgrade but that became a world of pain so I've reverted to 3.1 at the moment.
Thanks!

Do you have a link for the 3.1 site?

What version number are you using for the template and T3 plugin?

Cheers

Hi Paul
Yes, I have now an accessible link for you on linux - reverted to 3.1 for now.
Here you go:
racks.tiltingatwindmills.co.uk

T3 version is 1.4.1
Joomla version is 3.1.5
Nebula version is 1.4.0

Am happy to try updates myself rather than you logging in from a support ticket if it's feasible...
For some reason I'm not able to open and close the sliders on the template documentation - tried on a couple of browsers.
Cheers

What a numpty I am - I do now and it is working now.
Sorry about that Paul, it's an upgrade from a different template altogether on Joomla 2.5 rather than a fresh install and I forgot JB Type.
Oh well, perhaps this will help someone else as it's in the public forum.
Thanks for your help!!

Hi Guys,

I'm struggling to figure out why I cannot see the mobile menu on a site I am updating at www.hellogorgeoussalon.ca/new . I have jbType installed and enabled. Is there a way I can simply use the word MENU in this module?

This does normally mean the jbtype plugin isn't enabled

As the menu is clickable just no icon is present

Can you confirm that is published?

Thanks Paul. I deleted the existing version of JB_Type and updated and installed and it worked fine. Thanks again, I should have tried that in the first place.
