Hello,
In nebula demo, when scrolling page down, I can see the menu staying on top: as in my site it disappears, how can I obtain that nice and clever effect?

You need to do to the effects tab and chose sticky nav

Just one question more: I cannot find the module that appears on click in top right angle (+)...

Try publishing a module to panel1 position

A custom html module perhaps?
