What Joomla Quickstart version are you using?

How are you downloading it? - is this on a mac?
What are using to decompress it?

downloading from mac, yezz
tried 3 decompressors

I always download with mac, never had any problem before.

Anyway, I tried with windows 7 too but the error is the same have a look at the snapshot new.blowtherm.it/error.png

The problem is it seems to affect only certain users and works fine for the majority
