We have developed a great website with the moments template. Now I did a check with different browsers and found out, that the menu does not work with Internet Explorer 10.
The slider comes out but no entries are shown. Does anyone have the same problem and maybe a solution?

We have a secure ticket system for help with sites we need to access - there is a text link at the top of this page called

"Ticket System"

This is only accessible by Joomla Bamboo staff members but to access the site we do need certain info

Was this issue ever solved? I'm having the same problem in explorer with a recent install of moments. Next to the missing menu, the logo isn't displaying correctly. IN chrome everything is fine.

What version number of the template are you using?

With the logo its not displaying properly in Firefox either
You will need to resize the image so its smaller

To clarify - Chrome will resize images in the the browser
Some browsers won't

So try adjusting the dimensions of the image in a graphic editor and add that as a logo

But the menu is still gone in explorer.

In the meantime, a new and bigger problem occured: the main content and the sidebar is gone in every browser.
Don't know who I managed to do that...

Ah... that's solved in layout settings of the fullscreen template style.

So the only problem is the missing menu.

What version of IE are you having problems with?

What version of the T3 plugin are you using?

I'm having problems with eplorer 11. Don't know if this problem occurs with other versions.

The site is currenty on:

t3 version 2.0.1
zentools 1.11.5

Just updated t3 to this version, hoping it would solve the problem, but it didn't.

The t3 2.0 version isn't supported as of 9-12-13 - the latest version is the version available for download from the template page

Ok, donwgraded to T3 1.4.3 again.

I'm using IE11 on windows7.

At the moment when the team last discussed it we weren't testing on IE11 to it was on general release to win7 users

Has it updated IE10 automatically?
