Hi

If you open the template settings you can change it by turning on/off
"Custom Copyright"

If you turn it on it will remove the JB copyright

It is possible if you are using a different version of T3 the copyright option may be in a different place

If that is the case can you tell me the T3 plugin version that you have installed?
