how to add GA tracking event code to a Tab ( in this case belowcontent)

Whe users clicks on a tab ( belowcontent) it isn't displayed in GA which Tab was clicked.
The result in GA ends up in www.mywebsite.ext/sef url/www.mywebsite.ext
I want to set an event tracking on each tab so i know which tab is clicked.

Not sure you can as the tab isn't loading any new content or a different page

I'll ask one of the team when they are available to confirm

i think you night be able to do this with nonumber tabs as it can add a hash tag to the link. (site.com/page#tabtitle)
