hot to change home page?

Hello,
is there the way to add the banner on the home page?
I see this position in layout tab of T3 framework. I try to use it but it shows everywhere except home page.

Any help would be useful :)

Hi Andrey,

Can you confirm your membership status as you are showing as a free member and the template "moments" is a members template only
