Desktop ads showing up on mobile

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Desktop ads, like 728x90 and 160x600 are showing up on the mobile rendering. if you check out a recipe on www.yodaley.com/vinoveg, you'll see what I mean. There's a mobile ad that displays, as it should, but you also see a Skyscraper and (if you scroll to the right) you'll see a Leaderboard sticking out the right hand side.

Anyone else having this?

Hi

I'd try and hide modules on certain screen widths and enable module on certain widths

docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-templates/moments-documentation

Under the appearance tab > mobile classes

add the classes as a module suffix with a space first to the modules

I'd be careful with the ads given mobile band width limits

Cheers

Paul, where do we find these options? I'm sure I'll find it the moment I hit the "submit" button here, but where is the appearance tab?

I did find information in the documentation regarding module classes for mobile viewing, but where do I change these?

Hi

They are css classes so they need to be added as suffix to the modules

The place these go in the module > options > advanced options
and then Module Class Suffix

you add without the dot but with a space before the classname/suffix

cheers
