Module Title - Show or Hide

HI JB Team...

I have a module published to Grid1 on this site:
paacl.ca/j25/

The lower one of the two is titled: Funding and More
The parameters are set that the title is to SHOW... however, it doesn't. I attache a screen of the settings for this module.

I really can't explain this one...

If you switch module class so they are different e.g. both not primary2 does this still happen?

Hi Tony,

Can you confirm the version number of the template and the plugin

go to extension manager > manage and chose plugin and template from the dropdown

What is the template version number as well?
