I might be doing something wrong. I tried to publish a zentool slideshow at background position in Grid 3, but i can't find any module position called background.

Are you using Quickstart package? Could you provide your Joomla version?

Can you try typing "background" in the position box

and as Viet mentioned could you let us know the details of the install so we can check it

Sorry for the delay. I have Joomla 2.5.9. I installed the template first. After some research on this problem, I installed the quickstart package. But it didn't seems to do anything at all.

Anyways, typing in "background" in the position box is working! It should look just like the demo after some re-sizing. It still doesn't make sense to me that this position exist, but it's not showing in the positions list.

There is a glitch on the template file that lists the available positions
