Hi all,

I'm a little new to Joomla. I downloaded Grid3 template and adapted it to my site (currently only on local server). I having trouble with the background slideshow, by trouble i mean i dont know how to create it!!

I tried to download the Quickstart but it just wont install.

I need this urgent. Thanks all!!

Found the solution... created a slideshow with zentools and assigned it to background position... hate being a noob!

Yes you are correct, the background is controlled via Zentools module, you can find more information in the template documentation section.

What Quickstart package did you use? I've just tested the JB_Grid3_Quickstart_J303_v1.2.0.zip and it works fine for me.

Thats the thing, i only get two options: None or the default (which stop half way throught instalation). I can see looking at the files it installed all the content, its just that the templates never gets installed.

I installed the quickstart for Responsive and a couple others just fine.

Can I just clarify - you are having problems installing the Quickstart version?

With none it wouldn't install any demo data including the template and any extensions

Yes, just the Quickstart.

I installed the template in a vanilla joomla site and its awesome!

I'm using WampServer.

Do you need help or are you ok with using the standard template?
