Displaying and using Tags in Joomla 3.1

I have tags on all of my articles. Article settings are set to show the tags. Not seeing any.
Also trying to use the Related Tags module in sidebar-2 and it never shows up even though it is set to show up on all pages.
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

Could you upgrade to T3 1.2.6 and try again?

Please backup your template before upgrading just in case.

All I can find to download is T3.v1.2.5

Also this crashes the site when trying to install.

Do I need to uninstall the old T3 first?
