sidebar-2 renders in different locations depending on the browser. The kind of thing I would expect from Exploder! : )

think it's time to give up for the day....

not now...i'm blowing up the way that feature is built and starting over! Just saying that if one wonders whether these browsers can be as incompatible with each other as IE is with everything, here's fuel for your engine of concern.

Let's try again. I solved the quick links menu item. but here's a new problem - the relationships between midCol and the header elements (backgroung img and logo)

Hi

Unfortunately for me having tested all the upcoming new release versions Firefox seems to be becoming more buggy and on a par with IE

Moving back to the screenshots I'm seeing something a little different in Firefox - its still different from chrome have you tweaked this

I can still problems relating to the sidebar - have you changed this also?

Cheers
Paul

the sidebar looks fine on all browsers (mac) I'm working on - i fixed the position to lower right. I am thinking I need to do something similar with the logo, just get it away from both the #midCol and the background zentools module.

FF may be increasingly buggy, but it's the only one behaving as I want it too. Chrome has been recalcitrant and obstreperous.

I just noticed a selector named
.zen-conxtainer

this was copied out of layout.less, line 49
"#headerwrap .zen-conxtainer, #bannerwrap .zen-container, #grid1wrap .zen-container, #grid2wrap .zen-container, #grid4wrap .zen-container, #grid5wrap .zen-container, #grid6wrap .zen-container, #bottomrow .zen-container, #grid4 .moduletable, .divider {"

you might want to check the less file in your next release for that zenxcontainer .

and while you're doing that, i need to figure out how to run a black band all the way across the top, behind that nav.
