Hi JB team...

I am working on two sites with GRID3 - one is online, the other not - but they both have the same problem with T3 and Theme Magic.

When I click on the Theme Magic link I get an error message (both sites). I have attached a screen shot of the error.

Let's make this the beginning as there may be a very simple answer.

Hi Paul - AGAIN!

I will go and take a look... It is interesting because Spectacle Blue was working last time I looked! and the ThemeMagic was fine!

It should provide the info required in the overview tab of the template or via extension manager > manage > plugin

You should never rely on any hosts backup facilities

I'd suggest looking at akeeba backup - there is a free version

Its also very good for moving sites e.g. from development to client servers

If you ever need to move a site this extension will save you so much time and with updating a template its essential to have a backup facility

I have never used Akeeba back up... at least I don't remember the last time I used it...

I have to wonder why we don't get this at the start of using the template... are things moving that fast!!

I'm not a 100% sure why it stopped working for you with the plugin 1.2.1 version but it can be server related

I am committed to the hosting company as I have around 20 site hosted with them; but it is disappointing that it could be a server issue!

Anyhow, thank goodness I can move on with this project!
