Zen Tools Grid adding blank spaces and one extra row - SOLVED

Trying to use the zentools grid in Grid3 to produce a grid of 12 images in 3 rows of 4 columns each. Instead I get 4 rows with row 3 having right 2 images and row 4 has left two images...each row is half empty.

Never mind. I discovered that one photo was two pixels higher than the rest and was pushing the next row over so it began in the third column instead of the first.
