Grid 3 not installing

Hi

I downloaded the J3 quickstart package for Grid 3. But every time i try to install it, it gets stuck at the first step. (First joomla installation step when pressing next) It just keeps on processing.

Is there a easy fix for this?

iam currently installing it on xampp. I would think 5,3

Which version of 5.3?
