Grid 3 - Joomla 3.2.2 - T3 v2.1.2

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hello,
When I logged into my JB account here, I had a message:
If you have updated to Joomla 3.2.2 please update your version of T3 [here].

It seems the latest is:
T3 v2.1.2
02/19/2014 03:58

I just want to make sure that on my site using Grid3 here:
www.sedinaz.org/

That is currently running on Installed Joomla! version: 3.1.5

It won't blow up on me if I update to:
Latest Joomla! version 3.2.2
AND
T3 v2.1.2.

Just need your re-assurance that I am understanding this properly.

I'd have a working backup of the site prior to upgrading to 3.2.2

Should be fine - you may need to upgrade the template - what template version number are you using?

Yep that sounds like the current version

FYI -

Its best to check version numbers via the extension manager as sometimes the cache needs to be refreshed

Ok, later this week I'll use Akeeba to make a full site backup and then give it a go to update T3 and then Joomla to 3.2.2.

I'll let you know how it goes. Thank you,

Good luck with it

I would always suggest testing the backup locally - (from my bitter experience due to a dodgy host)

I just made that move... a few items needed to be reconnected, but all of the map modules I usually depend no longer work on the Grid 3 site.

Yes, and several of the others, too. I'm not sure this isn;t related to Google, but this is the only site where maps have stopped working.

Hi

I can see you've removed them now - I was waiting to ask a developer

If you have it on a dev site Rob advises running without jblibrary

Still on other pages... the contact enhanced ppl just released an update that fixed their own map within the contact page, so maybe there is a google thing going on. wasn't aware i was running jblibrary, but that would be a problem, i can imagine.
