Grid 3 - Accordion Menu option?

Is there an accordion-style MENU that can be used in sidebar-2 as part of the Grid3 template and its components? I'd like to have 2-3 sidebar menus, as on this page:
www.sedinaz.org/dev2/index.php/contact

...but ideally they need to collapse at their titles.

Currently there isn't an accordion menu like that in the template

only the standard view
