Formatting of Grid3

Hello JB Team:
I created a Joomla! 3.0 site in GRID3 by upgrading from Joomla! 2.1.5... and there were quite a few complications. The main problem was the logging in for the staff members. So, instead of trying to solve these issues (and, after several attempts, forum visits and much lost time) I decided to created a brand new site instead. I used the latest GRID3 available and the latest modules etc... I would copy most of the articles, categories, menus, modules etc... from the old site and put them in the new site.
However, the new site seems to be rendering differently than the older site. Here is the old site URL: www.paacl.ca
You can see that the central pictures 'overlap' the background...
Here is the new site in progress: www.paacl.ca/joomla32
In this version, the block of nine pictures created by the latest version of zentools is much lower down.
What do I need to do to fix this issue and make the new site look like the older site?

Cheers and thanks,
Tony

OK, I managed to do it finally... I needed two templates to handle this and they were: grid3 - Home and grid3 - default.
Not sure exactly what I did... copied some of the parameters in the original site.
Thanks all the same!

Hi Paul:
You are welcome! I do find the template use a little confusing.
