Issues with Grid3 functionality

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

However, as I continue to develop my Grid3 implementation here:
www.sedinaz.org/dev2

I am having a few functions that seem not to be working.

In the mobile version (or if I collapse the desktop browser size) the menu button does not respond. I am on a DROID bionic, in a "browser." I cleared the cache in the mobile device as well as on my desktop; nothing happens.

Also, the ZenTools image galleries are not responding, as in this article here:
www.sedinaz.org/dev2/index.php/projects/project-1

Next, when I go to content within the site and then return to the home page, the Project row images are not re-loading. I have to refresh the page to see them.

Last for this round, the top navigation "sticky" menu is really dragging - both to show up and to "keep up with" the scrolling of the page.

Any ideas? Settings I need to implement to make these things happen?

I used the JoomlaBamboo Quickstart package for installation and then updated all of the required packages one-by-one after the install, downloaded from JoomlaBamboo. Then updated my Joomla 3.0 to Joomla 3.1.5.

I am using Chrome on a Windows 7 machine.

Help will be appreciated,

Hi

The zentools issue - that can be addressed by changing the link behaviour in that particular module

Can you try changing the link behaviour option from none to lightbox

regarding refreshing the images - it does work ok for me
From here it looks like the pic filesize may be a factor - how big are the image file sizes?

Cheers

For the other outstanding issues regarding the mobile menu and the sticky navigation can you create a ticket for the site

Please include ftp and joomla details so we can take a closer look

Thanks

I discovered the Project Gallery Module were set with a Link Behavior to None. Yes, when I set them to Lightbox, they now respond. Thanks. To clarify, anytime I want an in-article gallery, I need to create a new instance of the module, yes?

Next, the images for the homepage grid range from 40K to 127, most being in the 80K. There are a total of 10. The slideshow has (3) images and they are 40-77-92.

The Project images - the ones that don't necessarily refresh, are yours for 3 of them and then a new one of mine that is 70K.

Hope this helps,

For the two remaining issues, you ask that I submit a ticket. I take it I should submit one for each issue?

One ticket will be fine

With the joomla access details can you ensure they have super admin access status

Thanks

Yes with a gallery if you wanted to display different content you would need to create a new module

Best way to do this

by selecting the module using the tick box
then duplicating the module,
renaming it,
changing content source options,
publishing it to a position
and assigning to the right page

Image loading wise - thats not to excessive

Are you on a decent internet connection?

You could turn off lazy load if its on via the template effects tab but for me I don't see a problem with missing content

I have a high speed cable internet connection. Should not be the problem.

I'll test it elsewhere.
