Before moving forward with a new Grid3 site...

I have worked through a design choice process with a new client that wants a very robust site.

We have locked in on Grid3, however, as I went to begin downloading the template and all I will need for it otherwise, the first thing I see is this message:

"Please note that Megamenu functions are not yet fully working and will be released as installable update of T3 plugin for both, Joomla 2.5 and Joomal 3.0."

What am I losing here and when will the update of the T3 plugin occur?
