Hi there,

hope you're all well. I'm having a little trouble with the photo previews of my gallery on the following site:

balloonsfantastic.mandontest.co.uk/index.php/services/anniversarys#

I've uploaded five photo's, taken with a camera, into the media manager. The preview at the bottom of the gallery is however not showing up. I did some research checked if my configuration, php.ini and .htaccess had all the necessary information in it to make sure they show up. But am having no luck.

Can anybody give me some advice on how I can get those previews still to work please?

Can you as a test change one pic so a number isn't the first character?

Also what version of the zentools module are you using?

Hi Paul,

I just tried it with some pictures who had no numbers in the description and it's the same problem. Also some of the pictures, which are in the folder, are not being added into the gallery. Any idea why?

The version of Zentools we use is 1.8.4-beta

Its still giving a 404 for those images and not the other one - normally I'd say there was a permission issue but with one working - hmm

Can you create a ticket with ftp details and joomla access
