Is there a manual to upgrade T3 after upgrade to Joomla 3.2.2

I found the T3 zip file but not abel to upload in my J 3.2.2. installation.

Try using the install from directory option

So you extract the folder to the tmp directory into a simple folder name - e.g. t3

and then add that together with a slash and load from there

Its the limit on the hosting account that is the problem - this is what I've done myself
