Using alternative fonts for header levels with T3 templates

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi guys
I have almost worked it out, but wondered if you could provide a link for information on setting up and using alternative fonts.
Basically I want to be able to have a different font for h1 and h2 compared to all the other headers, but with the T3 templates (Portal in this case) I seem to have to set all headers plus block-quote to the same font.
Which - when a client is fond of cursive fonts for headers - is a bit of pain.
Thanks in advance for any pointers, have posted on the forum as I am sure others must have a similar query.

What fonts are you looking to use for the default heading tags and the h1 & h2?

For argument's sake, google fonts Merienda for h1 and h2, but googlefonts rambla for everything else...
The client has to update the site themselves and teaching them about adding class selectors etc to their own articles is a no-go as they struggle event to do a plain text blog post to be honest!
So it all has to be handled by the site css.
I may just be having brain fade and the answer is obvious!

I was wondering if you could use the google font as the default and then use a browser standard font stack for the different h1 & h2 ?

or the other way round

then its a case of simply adding css to overide the template font

Otherwise its a bit more complicated and will impose an extra small hit on performance with two google fonts loading

Mmm - I have done it before I know, but in this case it seems to be loading the generated-from-T3 instruction last, so even if I specify a font in template.css for a selector it gets overridden by the one that is generated at run time.
I will carry on fiddling with it maybe I am being dense today.... Thanks
