Thanks for the link, but I don't get to change anything under Layout tab. Please see attached.

Admin template: Bluestork or Hathor, same result.

T3: 1.4.1

Hi Zen,

I've just moved this to a new thread

Can you confirm what plugins / extensions you have installed (if its a short list)

Are you able to check the inspector tab to what js issues are affecting the T3 plugin?
