Unable to download anything

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I am not able to download anymore.

Whenever I want to download something, the website redirects me to buy a subscription.

As I am a LifeTime Developer that seems a little odd to me ;)

Paul regarding my last ticket: I agreed with Anthony that I would buy a 1 hour block for paid support.

I can not find where I can buy that / sybscribe to that?

Do you know where you can do that on the website?

We've just re-jigged the system - if you access your profile page you should see "addon services" and in there you can purchase support blocks

Any problems please let me know :)

Hi Paul,

I was able to order the 1 hour block for support and it has been paid and invoiced ( PayPal )

However two questions remains:

1. Where can I find the order, and how to link it to the ticket.
2. We need a bit more complete invoice than the one I can download on the site.

It should mention all your Company data as wel as ours.
The invoice should als mention that VAT has been excluded.

Created Ticket for that.

The invoice template needs to be updated but I can issue you one anyway.

Please create a ticket with all the details and we can look at that today or later this evening.

We need to add the extra info to the profile area as at the moment its missing.

I think the missing details refers to a glitch on the addons system

It seems that my subscription is constantly being reset from LifeTime Developer to none ( or free ).

Let's hope Anthony can fix it.
( And take a look at my ticket request for customisation ;-)

I am able to acces the tickets again ( however not able to edit a ticket post, but perhaps that is how it works ).

Forum post also seems accesible again, ... so far so good ....

Did you mention to Anthony about the invoice we need for our administration?
And is there any planing on the customisation ticket?

I've not been able to speak to Anthony but have added the details to our internal system - I wasn't quite sure what they were for :)
