How do i access the Zen Grid Admin interface?

I cant seem to find the interface. I am looking for a page that looks like the one in the link:

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi

You get to this page via extensions tab > Template Manager > JBReponsive

It should be the first screen you see - with overview tab already selected on left and top
