Is custom.css or functions.php available?

Hello, I'm using the Pure template and I don't want to modify template_css.css. Is there something like a custom.css that will load last and/or functions.php or do I have to do the standard template overrides? Also, is there any Zen Grid documentation available? Any help appreciated.

You can place custom.css inside template folder/css and it will be loaded by template. It is easiest way to modify design of your site.

Thanks for the help. I put the link tag in the extra scripts that way I assured that it would be the last script loaded. Thanks again.
