The effect options in tools page not working

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi,
I was trying to disable the lazy load functionality through the tools page of jbResponsive template but the changes don't get reflected in the website. I then tried to disable other options and no changes were visible on the site. The change log states that the lazyload and back to top issues were fixed in v2.0.10 but the version installed on the site is 2.2.7. If the bug is still existing, is there any patch to fix it?

Thanks

Hi Jenny,

Do you have JBLIbrary installed as well?

That plugin also has that feature.

Thanks Anthony

Thanks Anthony. Disabling the library worked but I've run into another problem. I'm trying to display an image as logo but the image gets cropped after I scroll down the page. At the initial load of the page, the image gets displayed fine but after scrolling down and up, the bottom part of the image doesn't get displayed. I was thinking it to be a problem with lazy load but disabling that feature didn't work.
I'm attaching screenshots for your reference.

Please, don't attach *.doc
Attach JPG or PNG instead as I don't trust opening doc files.
Thank you

And I should add that best is to add URL to your site.
Thank you

I can't add the url to website as it is a test website and the university firewall will not allow anyone without permission to access the website. Hence the screenshots. (Hopefully that is what you meant by adding URL to site).
PS: You can open the doc attachment, this one is perfectly safe. I'll attach image files from next time.

Sounds like there is an incorrect height set on the #navwrap.sticky rule.

Could you perhaps try and add an explicit rule like this:

#navwrap.sticky {height:300px !important} to see if that works?

If so then you will need to scale the height down to suit the height of the logo.

Thanks Anthony. I've fixed the issue with the divs surrounding the top menu and logo.
