However, this time, I'm unable to do a work around. All the pictures, except the last, have the same dimensions. That last picture resizes only in the width, not the height. See below:

When I click on the item that hasn't been resized the image doesn't show in the actual content item.

Where is that coming from?

it's the default image, used if there is no content image.

but when I check your site, I see that natural size of square images is 350x350 and those correctly resized are 350x129px...at least this is what I can see. So if you want to get exact dimensions use exact dimension setting inside ZenTools module instead of Smart Crop and Resize.

the pictures you were looking at were the ones the grid cropped. Original sizes are:
- for goo.gl/gZNpC the original size is 760x279 (280). The grid turns into 350x350 (goo.gl/DUzj5)
- for the other pictures they are either 950x350 or 760x280. The grid turns them into 350x129px.

The grid settings for Smart Crop and Resize is 350x129px, which is also the "Small" picture default setting of the K2.

The ratios for all pictures are the same

The only difference between the two pictures is the source:
- the first one is the "placeholder" picture (see #72390)
- the ones that size correctly are the K2 content picture.



I just tried the following: I set the Smart Crop and Resize to 350x50px. Here is the result:

Only K2 images resize correctly.

Hmm sorry this has gone on for so long.

I think this happened in a recent update where the placeholder image is not getting processed by the image resized.

Ill add this to an update and release today.

1.5.1 fixes this plus the read more issue.
