"Adding a module position to a Zen Grid Framework Template"
docs.joomlabamboo.com/zen-grid-framework-v2/adding-a-module-position-to-a-zen-grid-framework-template
"If your template already has a top.php override then you can skip to the next step but if it does not please follow the directions below:
Go to templates/zengridframework/assets/layout and copy the top.php file and paste it to the templates/[your template]/layout folder.
Then you need to go in to the template administrator and navigate to layout > overrides and make sure that the "Top" override is enabled."
1. there is no directory: templates/zengridframework/assets/layout
2. there is: plugins\system\zengridframework\zengridframework\assets\layout
and
plugins\system\zengridframework\zengridframework\assets\layout\legacy
3. there is a directory: plugins\system\zengridframework\zengridframework/assets
4. I've read somewhere to make changes or add copies of a file like "top.php" and put it in /templates\jblifestyle\layout directory.
5. "The following list highlights which files are being overridden by a child theme in your template. If you see a tick next to the template area then you will find an override file in the child theme folder. "
What is a "child theme folder"?
What and were does one place "override" files?
Where do you get or take them from? (what files can be overridden?
Are there different kinds of overrides?
Thank you for your help
