Dear JoomlaBamboo team,

The folder /media/zengridframework is already chmod to 755.
That's why I'm asking if I shall chmod it to 777.

Would be thankful for any other suggestions.

Hi there,

It's best to keep your conversation int he same thread so we can keep track of the conversation properly.

777 presents a security risk to your site.
If the user has sufficient ownership 755 is fine to write to.

As suggested int he other thread please try uninstalling the framework and then reinstall to see if that corrects the permissions.
