Hi Folks,
Even though there are some known issues with the second version of the framework I thought I would release a beta to those of you who felt adventurous and wanted to play with the next version.
So here are the files.
Framework

Hub Template
www.joomlabamboo.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=441
I will be writing a lot about what's new in the framework in the next few weeks and of course adding a lot to the documentation of the framework.
The main thing you should realise now is:
- You no longer need the JB LIbrary plugin
- The framework is now a plugin so the files that it uses can be found in the plugins / system folder and the media / zengridframework folder.
The framework is only compatible with J1.5 at the moment but after testing and more feedback we hope to be able to start on the 1.7 version.
There are a few known issues that are on our tracker so please read through the list below before posting any threads regarding bugs in this version.
- “Some language strings in template and plugin"
- Scroll to bottom and scroll to top dotn work as expected
- Superfish.js and superfish.css get loaded on page even if super fish is disabled
- Left and right positioning is a little odd
- Bug with google fonts that have more than one word int he font name
- Disabling customisation settings ont he appearance / style page does not work
- Files to exclude on the css and js compressor doesn't seem to work.
- Add version check and update button
- Prevent zgf plugin from firing on pages other than front end and zgf edit pages.
- Add variable for cache time to the template admin
- Add clear cache button in admin to clear font, css and js cache
- On page load all accordions are expanded.
There are a few other items on the tracker but that is the bulk of it.
If you get a chance to play with the new version please let us know what you think we can improve on and if you see any bugs in the system that don't appear in the list above.
Thanks folks.
Anthony
