Very, very nice template, organization and documenation. Very impressive. Installed and changed without any hassle with the minor exception that the favicon file will NOT change on the tempate.

I have uploaded/replaced thru my backend server into the template folder, but can't seem to find the right file so the replacement takes effect.

Is it in the Zen Grid folder buried somewhere? My template was Cultivate.

The favicon is notoriously hard to flush from the cache but the correct spot is in the root of the template folder e.g. your site.com/templates/cultivate/

If it's there then perhaps try doing a hard flush of the cache to see if that clears it.
