The template you are attempting to use requires the Zen Grid2 Framework.
Please refer to the Zen Grid2 framework documentation for more information.

I keep getting this error. I've opened a ticket and as far as I know Seth is looking into it but it's totally crippled my site development for the last three days. I'm putting this in the forum in the hope that it helps anybody else going through the same thing.

Troubleshooting so far:

• Check that you have the Zen Grid2 Framework installed (obvious, I know)
• Check that your site is running PHP5 not PHP4

OK, I see the problem straight away! Sorry I didn't consider it before.

The webserver is running is a Win box IIS. Though Joomla in general can run under IIS, it is not recommended. It also causes massive problems with ZGF, as you can see.

Do you have an option to switch to LAMP hosting?

There is, I believe, a work around but I am not 100% sure of the specifics. I know Jason knows, so I will ask him to jump in here...

Thanks Seth, I'll get hold of the service provider now and run this past them…

Just fixed and responded to your ticket.
Your windows server was not responding with the document root variable which meant the template could not find the path to the framework. I've added a custom fix to your template.

Cheers,
Jason.

:laugh: We shall be implementing 'buy us beer' buttons soon!

2 things to watch out for;

1) If you update the templates index.php file the fix will be lost (you might want to keep an extra backup of that).
2) If you move to another Windows server, the fix will need to be adjusted (*nix server will be fine).
