Framework Theme Options

As I read the documentation for Zen Grid, I see a user interface for framework theme options which seems very user friendly and powerful. However, in my installed version of Zen Grid, I do not see this. I've attached a screenshot of what's in the docs. Where might I look to find this control?

Hi Stanton,

Thats the Zen Grid Template that you are using and not the Zen Grid Framework.
