Size window brought up by extended menu

I would like to modify the width of the window brought up by the extended menu module when choosing On Click Open In New Window Without Browser Navigation.

The page source shows the following settings:

toolbar=no,location=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,width=780,height=550'); return false" class="sublevel">xiii:1</a>

Where does this code come from? Probably the extended menu module but I am not sure.
