Zen Grid top and bottom spacing

We have installed Zen Grid at www.indianridgehunting.com, but are having trouble with the top and bottom menu spacing. If you look at the site you can see the menu row has a large amount of white space above and below the menu items. Could someone please direct me to the correct style sheet to modify this spacing?

That would be:
.containerBG {display:inline;float:left;padding:30px 0;width:100%;}

The padding bit, which can be found on line 26 of template_css.css, and can be lowered to your liking.
