Making images original size on masonry gallery

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there,

Please click the link bellow:

I have gone through the process of manually making the photos as small as 300px wide for them to show small in a masonry gallery. The settings of this gallery are further decreasing the size percentage making them look to small. How can I set the masonry gallery to display the images with original size?

Thanks!

Can I just check - the page looks ok at the moment but with the images smaller

Can you attach a screenshot of your masonry settings in the theme tab of the module

I will add a manual link to each of the images to direct to a article with a larger version of the photo. Thanks

I think the image size value is too big to fit as 24%

Have you tried increasing to 33%?

Hi Paul

Changing Item's width to 33% does not affect the size of the images at all. Yes, I clicked create custom css buttom,

Thanks

Is it still set at that width?

max-width: 1024px;

with 24% the images can't fit 4x300 so its shrinking the image size to fix the 4 images

At the moment the width looks like width: 22%;

Hi Paul,

Thanks it is working now, apparently I was not waiting long enough for the customs css to pile before saving the module.

Thanks again!

Paul,

Can you please take a look at the link bellow.

fancybirdphoto.com/

I have put together the following collage of photos via a custom module as it was impossible for me to do it via zentools masonry setting. Can you please tell me if something like the collage above (items with the same height but with different width) is possible in a masonry gallery and if it is, please tell me what settings should I use. I want the photos to display in their original size. Thanks alot

I don't think this is possible I'm afraid with the source as a folder

Gallery might work but not 100% sure on that
