So I have added a moduel within sidebar 1 position in main and upon doing it, the module went to the top and cut through the breadcrumps space making it look not so nice. How can I put it just bellow the breadcrumps space? Also how may I add some padding to this modules title?

Yes, is the expected behaviour as the breadcrumbs module is in the above content position which is directly above the main content area

Try adding the breadcrumbs to a module row so it sits above the content area

This will leave the green bar going full width
