Changing Border Color of Zentools Grid

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi there,

Can you please tell me how to change the color of the border of each photo of a zentools grid layout. The white border is to strong. I have been trying to change custom settings but nothings seems to be doing it.

Hi :)

"The white border is to strong." do you mean to reduce the size of it?

Cheers

Hi Paul,

By strong I just meant that is too white, I have attached a photo of how it currently looks like and the border color that I am looking for.

thanks

Hi

If you add this

#zentools-94 .zt-image.zt-border img {border: 1px solid #000; padding:0}

or does the border need to be a bit thicker?

Cheers

Hi Paul,

I am just triyng to change the border color from white to #121212.

I have tried doing it via custom cc but there is no change.

I see that one would have to make a change to both border and background in:

.zt-image.zt-border img

How do I do this?

Thanks

Can you try adding this to the template custom.css file

Thanks Paul!

Worked liked a charm through here. I just want to make sure I dont loose this css settings when I update the template or the module.

I am surprised that a change as simple as this is was not achievable through the layouts theme custom's css.

Thanks again

I think it's because of the image border option selected

It may be possible to do this via the module but I couldn't seem to get it

Also if you want to use this on a different module you will need copy the style and use the module ID from the source code

The style is targeting one module e.g #zentools-94

Using the module ID I use myself a lot - can be very handy

Best of the luck with the site

I'll need Rob or Anthony to answer that other thread you have open
