Some Zen Tools Items Not Displaying

On site: careychamber.com/index.php/members
Some items don't display at all, despite having the same settings as items that do display.
Example: in category "Health Care", there is a listing for "Wyandot Memorial Hospital" that does not display, yet the listing for "Hospital - Wyandot Memorial" does display. Other than the titles, the two are identical.
What could be causing this? Are there limits on the total number of items that can be displayed?

Hi There,

Can you confirm your membership status as Zentools is a members extension and account is a free account

Please login with your members details and we can go from there
