Rasa2 Background Not Changing

I modified an existing theme and saved it as a new theme. Changes did work - but now, color changes do not seem to take effect. They do save and seem to compile. If I switch back to one of the default themes, the site changes. If I switch back to my custom theme, the site changes - but not to the current colors that are saved in the theme.
