Theme Magic Not responding

Hi When I try to initiate theme magic I just get the following response

An error has occurred.
500 Unable to load format class.

Just upgraded to joomla 3.3.6

any idea what's going on

Also noticed that I cant "save as copy" any modules

Two problems here

First

Error 500 - upgrade or re-install the T3 plugin from the template download page

Theme magic should then work correctly

Second issue

this was a previous bug with a recent version of Joomla

issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/4331

It should be fixed in the version you have - have you tried clearing the joomla and browser caches?

I Re installed the T3 framework which fixed the problem
