Problem with zen tools

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi we have some problems with the component Zen Tools.
Under i try to explane the problems

Just for notice in the CMS is installed also K2, i don't know if there are some conflict between K2 and zen tools

Position: Banner - Name: front page slideshow OK2 - Type Zen Tools

The Module do not show the images if you set "CSS and Javascript"

enable, if you you set "CSS and Javascript" disable, the image

are visible but the slide effect are not running

Only 1 image is visible but is technically equal at the other in

the same directory and i don't understand the difference between

these and the other

Same result if you select any kind of "content source" in Layout

setting

Position: grid 5 - Name: sponsor - Type Zen Tools

The image images are visible only if in advanced settings "CSS

and Javascript" are Disable, if "CSS and Javascript" are Enable,

the images are not visible.
When you load the page the images appear for a few seconds and

then disappear

If you set "CSS and Javascript" enable, is possible that some

images result visible, but i don't understand why some one yes

and the other no

thank you for the help

Hi

I'll take a look shortly but in the mean time I've removed the access details

This is a live forum so we don't want people accessing the site with ill intent

For future reference if you need or want to provide access to the site please create a ticket as that is secure and only viewable by the Joomla Bamboo team :)

Cheers

I will need to ask a developer on this as it appears related to the responsive image setting

I have two images currently missing from sponsors now - can you try renaming them without spaces in the file names

Thanks

Ok so those images are now displaying

I currently disabled all the responsive image options in the modules

You only have one category set up for the filter so can't confirm it that is working correctly

There are still some js errors on the site but I will need to discuss them with a developer
