need consultant for bamboo template 2.5 migrations

Hello, I am a web designer with a moderate amount of experience with bamboo templates. I have to upgrade about 8 1.5 sites and need to learn the best way to do this. I have purchased sp upgrade, and have started on my first site, my challenge is to get the right technique, either modifying the old templates or using a new template and modifying that, and I realized I will need professional help to get the basics sorted out. Thanks!!

We have done a number of upgrades from 1.5 to 2.5. Is there any way we can help?
