Need Consultant to Help me with Theme Validation

Have a theme I have recently launched. Need to do a few things to optimize:

1. XHTML and CSS compliance

2. Minimize number of HTP requests, maybe via CSS sprites

3. Consolidate Javascript ... maybe consolidate javascript frameworks / only use jquery
