I'm getting this error on my site?
I did reinstall zentools2 but didn'thelp

When I installed it i got a Jquery error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in /home/sowlecentre/public_html/modules/mod_zentools2/includes/zentools2helper.php on line 611

The first part of your thread relates to a php library not being installed on your server or hosting account

www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php

You will probably need to ask the host to enable this library for you

Yes i could finish the installation for joomla

I'll check the quickstart but you should be fine as it has installed

Regarding the php library you would need it for extensions from various extension developers/providers

not sure if you can advise me

The hosting company has uploaded the mbstring
but I'm still getting arrears

Just want to make sure that it's go nothing to do with the template and zentools

Can you maybe guide me in the right direction

Have you double checked with the host especially regarding the second image attached?

Does the host support Joomla?

Hi there

no not yet.
I've send them all our correspondence. So they must fix it from thier side

What I think is happenign here is:

They use to have a dedicated server at hosting company Afrihost.
But now they have their own server and the are going to become ISP
They are busy setting up their server, and I think thye don't have all the right settings

I've send them all the links and told them to go look at what all the settings must be to support Joomla on the joomla website

so I;m waiting for then
