I just paid $85 and would now like to buy a template and a quickstart service. I don't seem to be able to create a ticket to do this.

I saw the $85 charge so that should not be the problem.

Looks like something may have fallen through the cracks

I can't see any recent paypal transaction - can you tell me the transaction number and I can chase it up with them
